SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Fans can get a first look at the 2017-18 Syracuse men's basketball team when it hosts Southern New Hampshire University on Wednesday, Nov. 1. Opening tip is set for 7 p.m. in the Carrier Dome. It will be the first of two exhibition games for the Orange.

Tickets can be purchased on Cuse.com, by calling 1-888-DOMETIX or at Gate B of the Carrier Dome. Fans can also watch the game on ACC Network Extra.

Syracuse is coming off a second round appearance in the NIT in 2016-17 when it posted a record of 19-15. The Orange must replace four starters from a year ago, but returns Tyus Battle, who averaged 17.4 points per game over the last seven contests of the 2016-17 season. Syracuse also returns Paschal Chukwu, Frank Howard and Matthew Moyer.

Fans can see newcomers Oshae Brissett, Marek Dolezaj, Bourama Sidibe, Geno Thorpe and Howard Washington in action for the first time for the Orange.

Southern New Hampshire finished the 2016-17 season with a 21-9 mark. The Penmen return Northeast-10 First Team All-Conference selection Chris Walters.
