Manley and U.S. Win World League Semifinals

U.S. Downs Germany in a Shootout
Alyssa Manley and the U.S. Women's National Team won the World League Semifinal on Sunday, defeating Germany 1-1 (3-2 shootout) to claim the title.
Manley entered the game in the sixth minute and kept the Germans off the board besides one blemish in the 38th minute. Manley also was one of the American representatives in the shootout.
The U.S. had already qualified for the 2018 Hockey World Cup and the 2017 FIH World League Finals earlier this tournament.
Captain of the 2015 NCAA Champions, Manley was a three-time All-American at Syracuse and earned the Honda Broderick Award during her senior season. She now has over 50 international caps with the U.S. National Team.
