Four Former Orange Named to Team USA Roster

SPARKS, Md. – The U.S. women's lacrosse national team will have an orange hue when it competes in the Spring Premiere at Stanford from Jan. 25-27. Four former Syracuse players, Becca Block '13, Liz Hogan '11, Kayla Treanor '16 and Michelle Tumolo '13, were named to the 26-player roster on Wednesday, Dec. 5.

All four are veterans of the U.S. national team. Block, Treanor and Tumolo helped Team USA win the World Cup in 2017, while Hogan was a member of the U.S. national team in 2015-16. Syracuse's four selections were the third-highest for any school in the nation.

The Spring Premiere will feature six teams, including both the U.S. senior and U19 teams, along with squads from England and Japan as well as Fresno State and Stanford. The complete schedule will be released at a later date.
