SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The Orange are set to host their third consecutive top-50 team when they welcome No. 48 Louisville to Drumlins Country Club on Sunday. First serve is set for 11 a.m. and the game will air on ACC Network Extra and can be followed on cuse.com.

Syracuse is coming off a weekend split, downing No. 44 Clemson, 5-2 on Friday before falling to No. 16 Wake Forest in a tough, 4-3, battle on Sunday. The last three matches against Wake Forest have all ended in a 4-3 result with Syracuse coming out on top in two of the three contests.

The Cardinals are 13-4 on the season with a similar 3-3 record in conference play. Louisville started the season on a six-game winning streak but has struggled of late, dropping three of its last four games, including its most recent match, a 4-3 loss to Boston College.

Junior Gabriela Knutson and freshman Sofya Golubovskaya paced the Orange, each tallying double-digit victories this season. Knutson sits at 11-1 with a 6-0 record in ACC action and three wins over top-50 opponents. Golubovskaya holds a 10-2 record, tallying her 10th career win on Sunday against Wake Forest.

The Orange and the Cardinals are no strangers having met seven times before with Louisville holding the slight 4-3 advantage. The Cardinals came out on top, 5-2, a season ago when the teams squared-off in late April.

Following the match against Louisville, Syracuse hits the road heads down to Pittsburgh to take on the Panthers on March 30. First serve is set for 1 p.m.
