
Orange Rank 18th in US Rowing/CRCA Coaches Poll

Syracuse, N.Y. – The Syracuse University women's rowing team checked in at No. 18 in this week's US Rowing/CRCA Coaches Poll on Wednesday.
Despite not racing last weekend, The Orange remained in the top-20 sliding down a spot from No. 17 to 18th in the April 11th poll.
'Cuse heads to Clemson, S.C., for the Clemson Invitational on Lake Hartwell April 14-15. Eight teams in the field of 21 are represented in this week's poll with No. 4 Ohio State ranking the highest.
Syracuse will face six teams (Boston U., Indiana, Northeastern, Cornell, Minnesota and Navy) for the second time this spring. The seven teams, including 'Cuse, all competed at the Doc Hosea Invitational on March 31st. Indiana earned the most amount of points (108) while Syracuse finished second with 102 points.
