The Syracuse men's cross country team will make its 11th straight appearance in the NCAA Championships on Saturday.

MEET INFO
-The men kick off at 12:15 p.m. ET
-They are running their second 10k of the season – all in a span of eight days - coming off the 10k at Regionals last week.
-The race will be held at the Lavern Gibson Championship Cross Country Course in Terre Haute, Indiana.
-The meet will will be broadcast live from FloTrack with live results available HERE
COURSE HISTORY
- This is the sixth time 'Cuse has raced in the NCAA Championships in Terre Haute, most recently with the team finishing on the podium in a third-place finish in 2016.
- Justyn Knight was the overall second place finisher at the 2016 NCAA Championships, leading the team to a third-place finish.
- The team took fifth on this course in 2014 and 10th in 2012 as well.
- Kevin James is the lone member of the Orange to have raced here previously, taking 116th as a redshirt freshman in 2016, with a time of 30:58.6.
ORANGE AT THE NCAA CHAMPIONSHIP
- With a runner-up finish at the NCAA Northeast Regional, the Syracuse men's cross country team qualified for the NCAA Championship for the 25th time, including a current streak of 11-straight appearances.
- Syracuse has twice won the NCAA Championship (1951, 2015) and has one individual champion (Justyn Knight, 2017).

LAST TIME OUT
-The men's team qualified for the national championships finishing second at the NCAA Northeast Regionals on November 15.
- The men finished in second place with 86 points led by sixth-place finishes by Joe Dragon and a 10th-place finish by Nathan Henderson. In addition, Nathan Lawler and Kevin James also earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors.
Champs Once Again
- The Syracuse men's cross country team captured their sixth conference championship in the team's seven seasons in the league this season.
- The victory was the first conference title for second-year head coach Brien Bell, after being part of the previous six as an assistant coach.
- Six Orange men earned All-ACC honors, including Nathan Henderson (9th), Joe Dragon (10th), Noah Beveridge (15th), Nathan Lawler (16th), Kevin James (18th) and Dominic Hockenbury (19th).
- Dating back to their time in the BIG EAST, it was the program's ninth conference title in the last 11 seasons after the team won the 2009, 2010 and 2012 BIG EAST Championships before joining the ACC in 2013.
