Orange Ranked No. 17 in Latest Poll

Syracuse, N.Y. – The Syracuse women's rowing team is No. 17 in the USRowing/CRCA Poll for the second consecutive week after receiving 87 votes. 'Cuse has maintained a poll ranking each week so far this season since their No. 15 preseason rank.
The Orange are coming off a weekend where the varsity eight, second varsity eight and the varsity four raced as part of the ACC/Big Ten Dual in Charlottesville, Va., against No. 7 Ohio State, Duke and No. 6 Michigan. Each of Syracuse's three crews improved their times from the morning races to the afternoon session.
'Cuse has the weekend off to prepare for the Clemson Invitational scheduled for April 19 and 20 on Lake Hartwell in Clemson, S.C. The annual regatta will feature 21 NCAA Division I teams, including five ACC squads.
