
Orange Land Eight on All-ACC Academic Rowing Team

Syracuse, N.Y. – Eight members of the Syracuse University women's rowing team have been named to the All-Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) Academic Team including six members from the varsity eight.
Senior Arianna Lee headlines the list of Orange making her fourth appearance on the All-Academic Team. Christine Habjan, Zoe Preston and Rebecca Spraggins are second-time honorees while Emma Gossman, Josie Kiesel, Sydney Michalak and Sarah Crummey round out the eight Syracuse athletes selected.
Virginia's Heidi Long was named Scholar-Athlete of the Year.
Syracuse finished the 2019 season with a third-place finish at the ACC Championships, finishing top-3 at the conference championship in each of the last three seasons.
