PITTSBURGH PA.- The Orange travel to 16th-ranked Pittsburgh on Friday (Oct. 1) at 7 p.m. Syracuse is 5-4-1 overall and 1-2 in Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) play, while Pittsburgh is 5-3 overall and 2-1 in the ACC. Fans can get live updates during the match on Twitter (@CuseMSoc) and watch on ACC Network Extra.

ORANGE UPDATE
The Orange are coming off a 5-2 win against Vermont on Tuesday (Sept. 28). Senior forward Manel Busquets led the Syracuse offense, playing a part in the first three goals, including scoring one goal and assisting on two. Four other Orange scored, including senior forward Colin Biros, freshman forward Francesco Pagano, graduate student defender Max Kent and freshman forward Curt Calov.

THE SERIES
Friday's match will be the 25th meeting between the Orange and the Panthers. Eight of the matches have ended in double overtime. The two teams faced each other in the 2021 ACC Tournament when Syracuse won 4-0.Â
