Both track programs and nine individuals honored for academic success

In addition to posting the best finish in the USTFCCCA Program of the Year standings and scoring at every NCAA Championship for the first time since 2018, the Orange track and field programs also reached historic academic achievement as well.
Both the men's and women's teams were named 2023 USTFCCCA All-Academic Teams. The women's team boasted a cumulative GPA of 3.584, while the men finished the year at 3.267 to qualify for the honor.
Additionally, nine members of the program collected individual All-Academic accolades for the season. In order to qualify, a student-athlete must have above a 3.25 cumulative GPA, most have completed a full year at the school and must have finished in the top-96 nationally of any individual event in indoor track and field, and/or qualified for the NCAA preliminary round in outdoor track and field.
The six men who met the criteria this year were Noah Carey, Alex Comerford, Paul O'Donnell, Xayvion Perkins, Kevin Robertson and Karl Winter. The women saw Sophia Jacobs-Townsley, Ellie Lawler and Amanda Vestri be honored.
