Women's Rowing Heads to Ithaca Saturday

The Syracuse Women's Rowing team is slated to finish their 2024 fall season with the Cornell Fall Classic this Saturday, Nov. 2, on the Cayuga Lake Inlet in Ithica, N.Y. The Orange will race in two flights, slated to begin at 9:05 a.m. and 10:45 a.m.
'Cuse travels to nearby Ithaca after a successful showing for the varsity eight at the Head of the Charles in Cambridge, Mass., which saw SU finish seventh among college crews and fifth among NCAA competitors. The Orange beat fellow ACC competitors Virginia and Clemson at the event.
Fans attending the races are encouraged to watch from the shoreline near the Boat Yard Grill on the inlet or from the Cayuga Waterfront Trail at Cass Park.
