#19 Orange Travel to #12 NC State for Regular Season Finale

No. 19 Syracuse (23-5, 13-4 ACC) travels to Raleigh, N.C., for its final game of the regular season against No. 12 NC State (23-5, 11-5 ACC), this Thursday night. The Orange are looking to capture their 24th victory of the season, which would set a program record for regular season wins. Tip-off inside of Reynolds Coliseum is set for 7 p.m., with live coverage on ACC Network Extra (ACCNX).

'Cuse closed out its regular season home slate with a come-from-behind win over Pittsburgh on Senior Day, Sunday. The Orange outscored the Panthers 22-4 in the fourth quarter to take the 10-point win, thanks to a 23-point performance by fifth-year Dyaisha Fair. Fair passed Brittney Griner for fifth on the NCAA Women's Division I Career Scoring List, propelling her to 3,302 career points and counting. The Orange finished their home regular season 14-2, their best mark at the Loud House since the 2016-17 season.

NC State enters Thursday's contest following an 11-point road win at Duke in their last outing. The Wolfpack dropped both of their road games last week, losing at North Carolina, 80-70, in Chapel Hill, NC, last Thursday before the loss to the Blue Devils on Sunday. The Wolfpack are third in ACC standings while Syracuse is second. NC State is 13-1 at home, the second-best home record in the conference. Last time the Pack was at home, Wes Moore's squad earned an 86-85 overtime win over Georgia Tech on Feb. 18.

NC State leads the all-time series 11-4 and has won each of the last seven meetings. Last time SU earned a win in Reynolds Coliseum was Feb. 14, 2016 (55-52). Syracuse is looking for its first win over the Wolfpack since 2017. Last time the two met, NC State defeated Syracuse in the first round of the ACC Tournament, 83-58.
