The eighth-ranked Syracuse Orange will race #5 Yale and Cornell for the Cayuga Cup on Saturday, April 6 in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. The race day schedule includes the first, second, third, and fourth varsity eights and the first and second varsity fours. Racing begins at 1 p.m. on Fish Creek.
Â

The Orange opened the 2024 season at the ACC/BIG 10/Ivy Duals in Cherry Hill, N.J. Syracuse faced top-20 teams Penn, Indiana, Rutgers, Radcliffe, and Ohio State, and the Orange won six races throughout the day. In the first session, Syracuse won three races, including the second varsity eight, varsity four and fourth varsity eight. In the second racing session, Syracuse beat then-11th ranked Ohio State in three races, including the varsity eight, second varsity eight and second varsity four.
