Adamson Earns CSC Academic All-District Honors

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Syracuse junior Olivia Adamson is a member of the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Women's At-Large Team released on Tuesday, June 25. The honor recognizes Adamson's work in the classroom and on the field in 2023-24.

The St. Petersburg, Florida native recorded career highs in points (83), goals (58) and assists (25) this season. She ranked second on the team in all three categories. Adamson earned Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) All-America Third Team honors and was an All-Northeast Region and All-ACC First Team selection. Adamson recorded five or more points in seven games in 2024, including the season opener at Northwestern where she tallied a career-high six goals. She earned IWLCA and ACC Offensive Player of the Week accolades after recording six points (4g, 2a) in the Orange's win at No. 2 Notre Dame.

The health and exercise science major earned a spot on the All-ACC Academic Team and was a member of the Athletic Director's Honor Roll both semesters.

Adamson is now a finalist for CSC Academic All-America honors, which will be announced on Tuesday, July 16.
