OPENING DRIVE
• Syracuse returns to action following its bye week by hosting Pitt in the JMA Wireless Dome on Saturday.Â
• The game will air on ACC Network, with Chris Cotter (PxP), Max Browne (analyst) and Kendra Douglas (reporter) on the call.Â
• Syracuse is celebrating Orange Central/Homecoming Weekend as well as Chamber Day at Saturday's game.

• Be there early on Saturday to experience all the activities to get you ready for kickoff!
• 'Cuse on the Quad opens at 4:30 p.m., featuring food trucks, additional food and beverage options, lawn games, merchandise, performances by the Syracuse marching band and more!
• As you make your way to the Dome, be sure to utilize the Waze app to provide real-time traffic updates on routes around the venue. Visit Cuse.com/Dome for GPS directions to your specific lot. Fans are encouraged to download the app and use it to view the quickest route to parking lots in real time. Fans can purchase parking in advance for the Skytop Lot here. • The NYE Auto Quad Walk will take place at 5:10 p.m. Fans are encouraged to beat the team there and be in place in advance of the walk to cheer the team on during their walk into the Dome.
• Make sure you download the 'Cuse app (Download on IOS or Google Play) to be part of interactive fan opportunities in-game. The light shows prior to the team entrance and between the third and fourth quarter provide ways for fans to involve themselves in the action, plus trivia and more.Â

• Syracuse will face three of its top-five most frequent opponents this season, including Pittsburgh on Saturday.
• The Orange take on the Panthers for the 81st time, which is the most games against any opponent in program history.Â
• The series between Syracuse and Pittsburgh dates back to the 1916 season.
• The Orange have already taken on Colgate this season, which is 'Cuse's third-most frequent opponent. Syracuse closes out the regular season against Boston College, which will be the 59th all-time meeting between the two schools.
VILLARI LEADS TIGHT ENDS
• Dan Villari is tied for fourth among tight ends nationally with 27 receptions.
• He now ranks fifth in school history for career receptions by a tight end (54). He became just the sixth tight end in program history to record 50 career receptions with his performance at SMU.Â
• Villari is three receptions away from passing Marty Chalk for fourth place on Syracuse's all-time leader list for most catches by a tight end. Chalk had 56 receptions from in 1980-81 and 1983-84.
• Villari posted career highs in receptions (7) and receiving yards (104) in Syracuse's win against UConn. It marked his first 100+ yard receiving game of his career.

• The Panthers lead the all-time series, 44-33-3.
• The series dates back to 1916, and the Orange notched their first win against Pitt in 1919. The Panthers recorded an 11-game winning streak from 1973-1983, to which Syracuse responded by going 16-1-1 from 1984-2001. The Orange's 80 previous matchups vs. Pittsburgh are nine more than their next-most frequently played opponent (Penn State - 71).
