-This weekend, the Syracuse Orange hit the road to take on Mercyhurst in an AHA conference series in Erie, PA.
-The action begins Friday at 6 p.m. and wraps up Saturday with a 3 p.m. puck drop. Both games will be streamed on FloHockey, with live stats available at hurstathletics.com.
-After sweeping Robert Morris last weekend with a dominant five-goal performance in game two and a 4-1 win in game one, Syracuse extended its season-best winning streak to five games and recorded its second consecutive series sweep. In the first game, the Orange shut down Robert Morris' power play, going 6-for-6 on the kill. In game two, Syracuse maintained offensive control while staying out of the penalty box for the full 60 minutes

- The Orange are looking to extend their five-game winning streak this weekend, with hopes of achieving their longest win streak of the season.
-Syracuse is also on a six-game streak of scoring first, setting the tone early and building momentum in each match.

-Cheung has recorded at least one block in seven straight games, with her longest streak being nine consecutive games. Her highest single-game block total is eight.
-Her fearless approach to shot-blocking has been crucial in shutting down opposing offenses, and her leadership in this area has become one of the team's most valuable assets
