March On: The Ally ACC Women's Basketball Bracket is Set

The Syracuse University women's basketball team earned the No. 7 seed in the 2026 Ally ACC Women's Basketball Tournament, the conference announced Sunday. The Orange will face the winner of No. 10 California and No. 15 Wake Forest on Thursday at 5 p.m.
California and Wake Forest open tournament play in the first round on Wednesday, March 4, at 1:30 p.m., with the survivor advancing to meet Syracuse in the second round. The Orange will enter the matchup with the opportunity to build on a season that has seen the program exceed preseason expectations and establish itself as one of the ACC's most improved teams.Syracuse earned wins over both Cal (90-87, 3OT) and Wake Forest (73-58) earlier this season.Â
The 2026 Ally ACC Women's Basketball Tournament tips off this week at Gas South Arena in Duluth, Ga. All first and second round games will be televised nationally on ACC Network with the semifinals on ESPN2 and the championship game on ESPN at 1 p.m. on Sunday, March 8. Â
