Orange Set to Race D.S.R.V Laga 'B' in Temple Challenge Cup First Round

Syracuse men's rowing will open Henley Royal Regatta competition against D.S.R.V. Laga 'B' in the first round of the Temple Challenge Cup on Wednesday, July 1.
The Orange eight, made up of coxswain Sam Fernandez, stroke seat Alex Dawallu, 7-seat Joe Lynch, 6-seat Jack Walker, 5-seat Mack Carr, 4-seat Luke Dunleavy, 3-seat Andrew Furlow, 2-seat Gunnar Platt and bow Jack Caldwell, is set to race at 4 p.m. local time (11 a.m. ET) over the regatta's historic 2,112-meter course down the River Thames.
Fans watching from home can stream the race live on YouTube via the Henley Royal Regatta channel.
Supporters attending Henley are encouraged to come to Bay G of the Boat Tent to clap the Orange out and onto the water at 3:10 p.m. local time.
