Outdoor: At the Providence College Friar Invitational (4/11) finished first in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:35.95
Graduate Year XC (2024): Secured a time of 22:09.7 running the 6k in the ACC Cross Country Championship (11/1) ... Finished 55th in the Princeton Fall Classic (10/18) 6k with a time of 20:50.7 ... Took 41st at the Paul Short run in a time of 20:58.2 ... Won her season debut at the Harry Lang Invitational (8/31) with a time of 18:15.3.
Graduate Year Track and Field (2023-24)
Indoor: Ran the 3000-meter in 9:54.38 minutes at the ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/22-24) ... Finished the 3000-meter in a new personal best of 9:39.65 at the David Hemrey Valentine Invitational (2/9) ... Set a new personal best in the mile, with a time of 4:51.79 at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic (1/26-27).
Graduate Year XC (2023): Finished the NCAA Regionals (11/10) with a time of 21:13.4.... Finished the ACC Championship (10/27) with a time of 21:35.2... Finished the Nuttycombe Invite (10/13) with a time of 21:45.0... Finished the Virginia Invitational (9/23) with a time of 17:21:2... First race of the season she finished 21st at the Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational (9/8) with a time of 22:03:9.
Senior Year XC (2022): First race of the season she ran 22:07.5 to finish in 25th place during the 6,000 meter run at the USF Invitational (9/3)... Posting her second best race time for the 6000 meter on the season with 20:31.9 at the Bronco Invitational to place 15th overall (10/15)... Finished in the top 20 at the WCC Championships for the 6,000 meter running 20:46.9 and placed 16th (10/28)... Closing out the fall season competing at the NCAA West Regionals, she recorded her fastest time for the 6,000 meter race, running it in 20:03.6 which placed her 41st overall (11/11)
Junior Year Track (2022): Placed 7th at the MPSF Indoor Track & Field Conference Championships in the mile, running 4:55.30 (2/18-19)... Finished 3rd at the Portland Twilight in the 3000m steeplechase running 10:19.31 (4/29-30)...Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Round in the 3000m steeplechase, placing 36th (5/25-28)
Junior Year XC (Fall 2021): Opened up her season with a 24th place finish at the USF Invitational with a time of 21:45.3 in the 6,000 meter run (9/4)... Finished in the top 20 at the Stump Invitational with a 12th place finish and a time of 20:35.3 in the 6,000 meter run (9/10)... Accumulated another 12 place finish at the Bronco Invitational with a 20:47 time in the 6,000 meter run to help the Dons' women's team win the meet (10/16)... Wrapped up her regular season with a top 20 finish at the WCC Championships as she came in 18th place with a time of 21:15.5 in the 6,000 meter run (10/29)... Finished her cross country season with a 28th overall finish at the West Regionals with a time of 20:36.8 in the 6,000 meter run (11/12)
Sophomore Year Track (2021): Qualified for the NCAA Preliminary Round in the 3000m steeplechase where she placed 37th (5/26)
Sophomore Year XC (Spring 2021): Posted an 18:18.4 time in the 5000m run good for 35th place at the Oregon Invitational (2/5)... Came in 24th place with a time of 21:49.3 in the 5000m run at the WCC Championships (2/24)... Competed at the NCAA Cross Country Championships racing in the 6000m posting a 22:47 time (3/15)
Freshman Year XC (2019): Did not compete in any events for the Dons this season.
Before SU: Spent four years at San Fransisco University... Canadian Cross Country National Team Champion in 2018.
