She also placed at the state outdoor track and field meet in the 400-meter hurdles as a senior. Holden-Betts holds PRs of 1:04.74 in the 400 hurdles, 7:05 in the 2000 m steeplechase, 4:53 in the 1500 and 10:30 in the 3000.
