2007: Played and started in her first career game in the Orange’s 1-0 victory against Massachusetts • Dished out her first career assist at No. 9 Penn State.
High School: Three-year starter for the Hatboro-Horsham High School field hockey team • Played the center back position • Also played for the club team Mystx#12, which she helped to become the Under-16 Champs in 2003 and 2004 and the Under-19 Champs in 2005 • Attended the Keystone State Games where she was a member of the team that became the Del Val 2003 Champs • Attended the Junior Olympics in 2004 where she was a member of the Black team that finished second • Received numerous awards including, the 2004 All-Intel Honorable Mention and Hatboro-Horsham’s Most Defensive Player • Made the Suburban One League All-Area Team, the all-state team and also received her high school’s Most Defensive Player award and the team’s MVP award.
Personal: Born October 4, 1988 in Huntington Valley, Pa. • Daughter of Dave and Kathy Keller • Has two brothers and one sister • Enrolled in the Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
Ambitions in hockey? To win the BIG EAST Tournament.
Strengths on the field? Defensive tackling.
Why did you choose SU? Because it is an athletically oriented university and is well recognized academically.
