Orange Hosts the Syracuse Invitational on Saturday

The Syracuse men's rowing team hosts the Syracuse Invitational on Saturday, November 4. The event, formerly known as the Syracuse Fall Race, will be the last for the team in its fall season. The event will feature a fours race and a freshmen eight race. The Syracuse varsity and junior varsity eights will not compete. Buffalo, Colgate, Cornell, Marist, Coast Guard, Connecticut, Hobart and Rochester will all be in action at the invitational.
Action will begin at 10:00 a.m. when the men's four begins, followed by the women's four at 10:05. The men's freshman eight race starts at 10:15 and the women's freshman eight at 10:20. Finally, the men's and women's fours will complete with the B Flights at 11:00 and 11:05, respectively.
The Syracuse spring schedule opens on April 14 when the Orange will defend the Ten Eyck Cup against Rutgers.
