The 2011 BIG EAST Champion Syracuse field hockey team will host an exhibition tournament this weekend against Lafayette, Colgate, and Cornell University. The action starts at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 21, at J.S. Coyne Stadium.

The team has been busy this spring, traveling to Guelph, Ontario, Canada to play the University of Guelph, the University of Toronto, and York University. The Orange also played tournaments at Maryland (against American, Drexel, and Maryland) and at Massachusetts (against Connecticut, Maine, Vermont, and Massachusetts).

After this weekend's action, the team will finish its spring schedule with the Alumni Game, which will take place at J.S. Coyne Stadium at noon on April 29.
