Syracuse will play its third match of the season in the Carrier Dome when it hosts Georgia Tech on Friday, Oct. 25 at 7 p.m.
Yelin And Squad Make Local Media Rounds

SYRACUSE, N.Y. - Coming off his 500th career victory and coaching the team to three wins in its last four outings, head coach Leonid Yelin and the Syracuse Volleyball squad will be featured throughout the local Syracuse media leading up to the SU-Georgia Tech affair on Friday, Oct. 25 at 7 p.m. at the Carrier Dome.
On Thursday, Oct. 24, SU fans can catch Yelin on Gomez and Dave on TK99 (WKTW, 99.5 FM), Syracuse's flagship station. Later that night starting with the 6 p.m. news, tune to News Channel 9 (WSYR) to see Yelin and redshirt junior Lindsay McCabe reflect on the head coaches career milestone as well as a preview for what it will be like to play in the Carrier Dome.
The team will also be featured on Your News Now prior to Friday night's match with an exact date and time still to be announced.
With wins at Maryland and Pittsburgh last weekend, Yelin became the 32nd active coach to reach 500 career wins. In his second year with the Orange (8-12, 3-5), Yelin will look to coach the team to an even .500 record in conference play this weekend with matches against the aforementioned Yellow Jackets and one versus Clemson on Sunday, Oct. 27.
