SYRACUSE, N.Y.—The Syracuse ice hockey team hit the road to St. Charles, Mo. before the storm hits in order to make it to Lindenwood for its last two-game road trip of the regular season. The Orange suit up for a 7 p.m. puck drop on Friday, Feb. 14 and 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 15.
SCOUTING LINDENWOOD
• The Lions are 5-21-2 on the season with all of their wins coming during the conference portion of their season. Lindenwood has defeated Penn State three times, No. 8 Robert Morris and grabbed a win in its first meeting with Syracuse this year on Dec. 6, 2013.

• Syracuse won and tied with RMU over the weekend, finishing with a 3-3 stalemate on Friday and a 3-1 victory on Saturday.
• The Orange is now 3-6-2 against ranked opponents this season which doubles its all-time program wins against top-10 schools, winning just three in the program's first five years.

• Melissa Piacentini's point streak came to an end on Saturday but not before she set the school record with her 10-game scoring spurt. In that span she scored 11 goals and four assists, an average of 1.50 points per game. Her stretch started on Jan. 5 against Vermont.
• Jessica Sibley recorded the second three-point game of her career in the 3-1 win on Saturday, having a hand in each of SU's goals.
• Syracuse's first line was responsible for all of Friday's goals but the Orange showed its depth on Saturday and the second line accounted for all points and assists in the 3-1 victory.
