Manley, USA Field Hockey Move to Medal Round

The Americans advanced after a 15-0 drubbing of the Dominican Republic
Rising senior Alyssa Manley and the U.S. field hockey team cruised into the medal round of the Pan-Am Games with a 15-0 drubbing of the Dominican Republic on Monday night.
Team USA now owns a 34-0 advantage over its opponents through four games in the tournament thus far.
Manley, who has seen action in every game thus far for the American squad was a First Team All-American this year after leading the team to its first NCAA title game appearance. She is the ninth member of the Orange to earn multiple All-America honors, with a chance to become the fourth student-athlete to earn the accolade three times heading into her senior campaign.

The United States will take on the winner of Canada and Uruguay on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. in Toronto, Ontario.
