The Orange volleyball team makes its long-awaited home debut this weekend after three weeks of road play, hosting the Syracuse Tournament this Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 19 and 20. Syracuse takes on New Hampshire on Saturday and Navy and Buffalo on Sunday at the Women's Building in Syracuse, N.Y.

SCOUTING NEW HAMPSHIRE (6-6, 0-0)
Syracuse faces New Hampshire in the first game of the tournament on Saturday, Sept. 19 at 5 p.m. EST. The two teams meet for the first time since the 2009 season, with Syracuse looking to win its fourth-straight match within the series. The Orange lead the series, 8-2. The Wildcats are coming off of a 2014 first place finish in the America East Conference, completing the season with an 11-1 conference record and a 20-12 overall record. They return 12 letterwinners from last year, including six starters.

SCOUTING NAVY (2-8, 0-0)
On Sunday morning, the Orange take on the Mids of Navy at 10 a.m. EST. Last season, Navy finished with a 14-12 overall record and a third place finish in the Patriot League with an 11-5 conference record. They return four starters and eight letterwinners overall from the 2014 season. The first and last meeting between Syracuse and Navy occurred during the 1993 season, with the Orange claiming the win 3-0.

SCOUTING BUFFALO (0-9, 0-0)
In the final match of the tournament, Syracuse faces in-state rival Buffalo on Sunday at 6:30 p.m. EST. The two teams meet for the 26th time, with the Orange looking to improve the overall series record to 21-5. The last meeting between the Orange and the Bulls took place in 2012. Buffalo returns five starters + libero from last season, a season that Buffalo finished with a 17-15 overall record. Former Penn State standout and four-time national champion Blair Brown Lipsitz is in her first season as head coach for the Bulls.
