The Syracuse volleyball team looks to stay undefeated as they travel to SEC Country, taking on Auburn and Georgia this weekend.

The Orange face off against the Tigers this Friday, Sept. 4 at 8 p.m. EST in Auburn, Ala. On Sunday, Sept. 6, the Orange will head over to Athens, Ga. in a matchup against the Bulldogs beginning at 1 p.m. EST.

Syracuse is off to the program's best start since 2012, kicking off the 2015 season last weekend with wins over Rhode Island, Hartford, and UConn at the UConn Invitational. Senior outside hitter Silvi Uattara was named the MVP of the tournament, and was recently tabbed as this week's ACC co-Player of the Week.

The Auburn Tigers are currently 4-0 on the season, with wins over Stephen F. Austin, Jacksonville, Samford, and Florida A&M. They return all six starters, including the libero, plus 11 letterwinners from last season. Syracuse and Auburn will face each other for the first time in 14 years, last playing each other during the 2001 season. The Orange lead the all-time series, 1-0.

The Georgia Bulldogs are also off to an undefeated start with a record of 3-0. The Bulldogs face Georgia Southern, Mercer, and Georgia Tech this weekend in the Georgia Challenge, before hosting the Orange on Sunday. The program returns nine letterwinners from last season, including three starters. This will be the first meeting between Syracuse and Georgia.
