BLACKSBURG, Va. -- No. 4/4 Syracuse wcontinues its three-game road stretch on Saturday, April 9 when it travels to Blacksburg, Va. for an ACC matchup against Virginia Tech. Opening draw at Thompson Field is set for 12 p.m. Live video will be available on ESPN3.

A HELPING HAND
The dynamic duo of seniors Kayla Treanor and Halle Majorana currently rank in the Top 50 among all Division I players in assists per game, and rank second and third, respectively, in the ACC in the same category. The teammates have recorded nearly half of the Orange's assists (41 of 88) this season.

BALANCED EFFORT
In their past four wins, the Orange have outscored their opponents, 59-39. In these games, Syracuse has had 14 different players score at least one goal, and nine different players record an assist.

SCOUTING THE HOKIES
Virginia Tech enters the game with a 5-9 overall record, and 0-4 record in the ACC. The team is looking for its first win since a 17-2 victory against Radford on February 24. A trio of Hokies have scored more than 20 goals this season, led by junior Kristine Loscalzo with 25. Both she and sophomore Tristan McGinley lead the team in points with 28. Hannah Seiger has started all 14 games in goal for Virginia Tech. She has a 12.12 goals-against average and a .352 save percentage.

THE SERIES
Saturday's match-up will be the seventh meeting between the Orange and the Hokies. Syracuse leads the all-time series, 6-0.
