CARY, N.C. – As the seventh-seed in the Atlantic Coast Conference Tournament, Syracuse is set to take on Pittsburgh in the second round of the tournament on Thursday at the Cary Tennis Center. First serve is slated for 11:30 a.m.

Orange in the ACC Tournament…
Since joining the ACC in 2014, the Orange have posted a 1-4 record in conference tournament action. 'Cuse's only ACC Tournament victory came in 2016, when the seventh-seeded Orange defeated No. 35 North Carolina State 4-3.

Last Time Out…
Syracuse is coming off its final win of the regular season against No. 33 NC State, a 4-3 victory that moved the Orange to 8-6 in the conference play. 'Cuse retained its position in the Oracle/ITA top-30, checking in at No. 27 in the latest poll.

Turn It Around…
Last season, Syracuse finished with an 8-14 overall record and a 5-10 mark in the ACC. This season's 16-8 record and 8-6 conference mark has led to the biggest turn around in program history. With their win against NC State, the Orange tied the school record for regular season wins at 16.

Scouting the Panthers…
Despite not winning a conference game in the regular season, Pittsburgh downed Boston College, 4-2, to advance to the second round of the Tournament. The Orange and the Panthers met earlier this season with Syracuse emerging victorious, 5-2 in Pittsburgh.
