Field Hockey Moves to #11 in Latest Poll

The Orange Field Hockey Team (6-2) moved up one spot to No. 11 in the latest Penn Monto/NFHCA Coaches Poll. 'Cuse went 2-0 last week against Cornell and Penn to improve its road record to 4-1.Â
Syracuse returns home after a five-game road stretch to host No. 5 North Carolina (6-3) in the first Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) home game of the season Friday, Oct. 1 at 4 p.m. The game will be televised nationally on ACC Network.Â
Following Friday night's game against the Tar Heels, the Orange host Columbia at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 3. It's Otto's Kids Club Day at J.S. Coyne Stadium and all Kids Club members are encouraged to attend.Â
