Some of the Orange's Top Distance Runners Head to Stanford Invite

Syracuse Orange will compete this weekend at the Stanford Invitational in Palo Alto, California.

Orange Entries:
The Orange have six runners competing this weekend in sunny California. Action kicks off at 5:20pm(PST)/8:20pm(EST) with the Women's 3,000-meter steeplechase. Annie Boos will make her outdoor season debut in the invitational section of the race.

Boos will compete against some top collegians and a pair of professionals in the event.

Competition will continue at 7:53pm (PST)/ 10:53(EST) with the Men's 5000-meter run, with Nathan Henderson representing 'Cuse. He'll be in the second of four flights.

Finally, the 10,000-meter runs will conclude the evening. The men will be represented by JP Trojan at 9:27(PST)/ 12:27am(EST) while Joe Dragon and Matthew Scrape will race shortly after at 10:41pm (PST)/1:41am(EST). Abigail Spiers will represent the women at 10:02pm(PST)/1:02am(EST).

Trojan is in the invite section of the race, which features some of the nation's top competition. Spiers, Dragon and Scrape will run in section 2 of their respective races.
