Orange Launch Outdoor Season at USF

Coming off a successful indoor campaign, Syracuse kicks off its outdoor season this weekend at the USF Alumni Invitational.

Orange Entries:
'Cuse opens the meet on Friday afternoon in the 400-meter hurdles, as Madison Ceasar will run at 5 p.m. with Xayvion Perkins racing at 5:25 p.m.

The Orange have three runners competing in the 200-meter dash to close out Friday, with Olivia Garner and Iaunia Pointer running at 6:30 p.m. and James Nmah following shortly after.

Syracuse begins its Saturday with entries in both 4x100-meter relays, as Pointer, Garner, Kahniya James and Peyton Rollins are slated to run at 12:30 p.m. Shortly after the women finish, Malachi Coleman, Darrell Gill, Malachi James and Trei Thorogood will take to the track for the Orange in the event.

Rollins then shifts her focus to the 100-meter hurdles, where she will compete along with Taleea Buxton at 1:55 p.m. The Orange also have four entries in the 110-meter hurdles, with Emmanuel Joseph, Isaiah Lewis, David Peters and Naseem Smith running at 2:10 p.m.

The Orange will wrap up the weekend with the 100-meter dash, with Garner running at 3:25 p.m. followed by Coleman, Gill, James and Nmah at 3:40 p.m. Â
