#10 Orange Begin Season Saturday

Cherry Hill, N.J. – The Syracuse women's rowing team begins its 2025 spring campaign on Saturday, March 22 at the B1G/ACC/Ivy Dual in Cherry Hill, N.J. The Orange will race four eights and two fours in the season opener against some of the top competition in the country.
The Orange V4 lines up with Michigan and Penn at 8:10 a.m. in the first race of the day for Syracuse. The next race (2V8) will start at 8:30 a.m. and races will start every 20 minutes followed by the varsity eight (8:50 a.m.), 2V4 (9:10 a.m.) and will conclude with the 3V8/4V8 at 9:40 a.m.
In the afternoon, SU will go head-to-head with Ohio State beginning with the varsity four at 12:10 p.m. followed by the 2V8 (12:40 p.m.), V8 (1:10 p.m.), 2V4 (1:40 p.m.), 3V8 (2:00 p.m.) and concludes with the final race at 2:20 (4V8).
The defending ACC Champions begin their season racing three teams in the top-15. The Orange held steady in the CRCA Coaches Poll this week at #10 while #9 Michigan and #11 Penn also remained in the same spot as the inaugural poll of the season on March 11. Ohio State dropped one spot this week to #14.
