Track Ends Regular Season at Cornell

The Syracuse track and field teams will close the regular season for the indoor portion of its schedule on Saturday at Cornell's Kane Invitational.

ORANGE ENTRIES:
'Cuse will get things started at 11 a.m. in the 60-meter hurdles. Isaiah Hayes and Tawakal Omar will run for the men, followed by Tia Outlaw, Emeline Clark, Ivana Richards and Peyton Rollins for the women. The finals will begin at 12:40 p.m. for athletes who advance.
Next will be the first round of the 60-meter dash. Nasir Adams is up first for the men, followed by Jada Williams, Bianca Williams and Esther Ganda. Finals for the flat 60 will begin at 12:50 p.m.
At Noon, Asher Danielson and Tristan Thurneysen will race in the mile, followed 20 minutes later by a host of women in the same event. Sarah Lawson, Beatriz Fernandes, Gretta Johnson, Mackenzie Cook, Blake Parker and Grace Finnegan will all compete.
Kayla Harding will then race in the 800-meters at 2:05 p.m., before Andrea Pomales and Leah Bello run in the 300-meter dash at 3:10 p.m.
Shayla Ford, Nylah Robinson and Mia Hernandez will run in the 200-meter dash at 4 p.m. to close the day.
UP NEXT:
Saturday's meet is the final regular season indoor meet for the Orange. The ACC Championships await next week, beginning Thursday.
