The postseason is here for the Syracuse track and field teams, who will begin ACC Championship competition on Thursday.

Men's 400-Meter Hurdles Prelims – Thursday, 5 p.m.
Elijah Mallard will be the first member of the Orange to take to the track, racing in the opening heat of the 400-meter hurdles. Mallard enters ACC's with the conference's second-best time this season (49.97). Only Duke's Andres Langston (heat 2) has a better time in 2026 at 49.88 seconds.
Nine competitors will advance to the final – the top three finishers in each heat, plus next-three fastest times. The final will be run at 6 p.m. on Saturday.
Women's 200-Meter Dash Prelims – Thursday, 5:45 p.m.
Indie Wallace-Persaud will represent 'Cuse in the 200. She will compete in the third of three heats, where the top-two finishers, plus next-three fastest times, advance to Saturday's final.
Wallace-Persaud has a season best of 23.44 seconds, which is fourth in her heat. Duke's Braelyn Baker (22.76 seconds) has the best time this year and will run in heat one. Saturday's final will be run at 6:30 p.m.
Men's 1,500-Meter Run Prelims – Thursday, 6 p.m.
Four runners will compete for 'Cuse across the first three of four heats in Thursday's 1,500 prelims. Benne Anderson and Charles Guerrera are in heat one, followed by Ben Gabelman and Drew Zundell in the second and third heat.
Anderson enters as a title hopeful, boasting the ACC's third-best time this season (3:36.45). Guerrera's season-best mark of 3:44.75 is eighth in the opening heat. Gabelman (3:42.38) holds the sixth-best time in heat two, and Zundell is seventh in the third heat.
Twelve runners will advance to Saturday – the top two finishers in each heat, plus the next-four fastest times. The only two runners in the field who have posted a faster time than Anderson this season are Wake Forest's Rocky Hansen (3:35.75) and Virginia's Gary Martin (3:34.12).
The final will be at 4:20 p.m. on Saturday.
Women's 1,500-Meter Run Prelims – Thursday, 6:20 p.m.
The women's 1,500-meters will feature only three heats, with the top-three finishers in each, plus next-three fastest times moving on.
Carmen Luisi is the lone SU competitor in the field, holding a season-best time of 4:29.26. She'll race in heat two. NC State's Sadie Engelhardt (4:03.28) owns the nation's third-fastest time and enters as the pre-meet favorite. She'll run in the first heat.
The women's 1,500 final will be at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday.
Men's 10,000-Meter Run Final – Thursday, 6:40 p.m.
Always a deep and competitive field of Orange runners, the first final of the weekend will be the men's 10k. No school has more than Syracuse's four runners entered, as 'Cuse, Stanford, Wake Forest and North Carolina combine for more than half the field with four runners apiece.
Peter Walsdorf, Louis Small, Assaf Harari and Connor Ackley are set to run for the Orange. All four of Syracuse's runners enter with a top-eight seed time from this season. Walsdorf (28:14.58) has the second-best time in the field this year, trailing only Virginia's Will Anthony (28:02.25).
Women's 10,000-Meter Run Final – Thursday, 7:20 p.m.
'Cuse has three of the 24 women racing in Thursday's 10k final, including Emma Eastman, Madeline Heintz and Selma Anderson.
Eastman enters with the third-best time in the field this season (33:05.36). It'll be Anderson's first 10k. Notre Dame's Amaya Aramini (32:33.77) has the league's best time entering the weekend.

Men's 110-Meter Hurdles Prelims – Friday, 5 p.m.
Isaiah Hayes and Jamir Brown open Friday's action in the 110-meter hurdles. Brown – the ACC indoor runner up this year – has the best time in the field heading into the meet. He owns a season-best time of 13.39 seconds, which ranks seventh nationally.
Hayes will be in the first heat, where he holds the fourth-fastest time of the group. Andre Korbmacher of Florida State (13.47) is in that heat. He is the second-fastest runner in the conference this year behind Brown, who will headline the second heat.
The top-three in each heat, plus next-three fastest times will advance to Saturday's final at 4:40 p.m.
Women's 100-Meter Hurdles Prelims – Friday, 5:25 p.m.
Peyton Rollins, Tia Outlaw and Emeline Clark are all entered in the 100-meter hurdles, where two heats will race and the top-three finishers and next-three fastest times will move on to Saturday.
Rollins is in heat one, holding the fifth-best time of that group. Clark and Outlaw will race in heat two, which is headlined by Oneka Wilson of Clemson, who holds the best time in the league so far.
Saturday's final will be at 4:50 p.m.
Women's 400-Meter Dash Prelims – Friday, 5:52 p.m.
Nicea Jones will race in the second of three prelim heats of the 400, where the top-two finishers and next-three fastest times will advance to Saturday.
Jones holds the fourth-best time in her heat this season (54.01 seconds). Boston College's Sydney Segalla and Duke's Braelyn Baker (50.80 seconds) enter as the pre-meet co-favorites, but are separated into the first and third heat.
The final will be at 5:10 p.m. on Saturday.
Women's 100-Meter Dash Prelims – Friday, 6:15 p.m.
Wallace-Persaud will race her second event of the weekend on Friday, competing in heat two of three in the 100. The top-two finishers in each heat and next-three fastest times advance to Saturday's final.
Wallace-Persaud holds the seventh-best time this season in her heat. Florida State's Shenese Walker is No. 2 nationally and is the pre-meet favorite based on time. She will race in heat one.
The final will be at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday.
Men's 3,000-Meter Steeplechase Final – Friday, 7 p.m.
Julian Franjieh will race in the first final of Friday, where he enters the 3,000-meter steeplechase with the seventh-best time in the ACC.
Franjieh (8:48.03) holds a top-70 time nationally this season. Virginia's Nathan Mountain is No. 2 nationally and is the ACC's top performer in this event so far this season.
Women's 4x100-Meter Relay Final – Saturday, 4:10 p.m.
Syracuse's 4x1 team will race in the opening heat of the event to start Friday's action. The group has the best time in their heat, but the second-heat is seeded with faster marks.
Event Finals – Friday, 4:20 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Syracuse's qualifiers from Thursday and Friday's competitions will all race their finals over a two-hour span on Saturday.
Men's 5,000-Meter Run Final – Saturday, 6:40 p.m.
Anderson, Zundell and Gabelman are all entered in the 5k in addition to the 1,500 this weekend. If they remain entered and double, they'll race in a field with 17 of the nation's top-99 times.
One of those competitors in the top-100 is Anderson, who leads the Orange in the field with a time of 13:43.15 this season. Louisville's Geoffrey Kirwa has the field's top time at 13:21.49.
Women's 5,000-Meter Run Final – Saturday, 7:05 p.m.
Selma Anderson and Jayden Harberts will conclude the weekend for 'Cuse in the 5k. Anderson, who is also running the 10k, holds the eighth-fastest time in the field this season.
Rylee Blade of Florida State has the fastest season-best mark in the field at 15:29.45.
