Junior Year (2020-21): Kaiser is a member of Syracuse's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).

Sophomore Year (2019-20): Appeared in 19 of 20 games of the shortened season and made 16 starts... Hit the second most home runs on the Orange (3) and was tied for second with 12 RBIs... Drove in three runs with a single and a sacrifice fly against Michigan State (2/9)... Singled in a run vs. Rutgers (2/14)... Hit a solo home run against Rutgers at the Big Ten/ACC Challenge (2/15)... Went 2-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored in a win over Louisiana Tech (2/22)... Went 3-for-3, including a double and a home run, scored two runs and tied a career-high with four RBIs against Rutgers (2/29)... Homered in her second straight game in a win at USF (3/1)... Hit an RBI double at North Carolina (3/6) ... She earned Spring 2020 Athletic Director's Honor Roll (3.0- or -better g.p.a).

Freshman Year (2018-19): Played in 38 games, including 36 starts … Led the Orange with seven home runs … Recorded her first career hit and home run against Grand Canyon (2/9) … Hit an RBI-double against Penn State (2/15) … Had a home run and a season-best four RBIs against Indiana (2/15) … Also recorded hits against Penn State (2/16), Florida A&M (2/23) and Wagner (3/8) … Went 2-for-3 in three consecutive games against Notre Dame (3/30), Canisius (4/3) and NC State (4/6) … Hit a home run at NC State (4/6) … Was 2-for-4 in the series finale at NC State (4/7) with one RBI … Finished 2-fo-r2 with three RBIs and a home run against Pitt (4/19) … Also hit a home run against Pitt (4/21).
