Second Year Track and Field (2021-22):
Indoor: Competed in the 5000m at the ACC Indoor Championships, placing in 8th with a time of 13:55.29. Also recorded a 15th place finish in the 3000m at the ACC Indoor Championships with a new PR of 8:08.41 (2/24-2/26)...Placed 40th in the mile at the David Hemery Invitational with a personal-record time of 4:04.20 (2/11-2/12)...Secured third-place in the 5000m at the John Thomas Terrier classic with personal-best time of 13:49.04 (1/30).
Outdoor: Took 16th place in the 10,000m at the Stanford Invitational with a PR of 28:25.16 (4/1-4/2).
Graduate Student Season XC (2021):
Finished the NCAA Cross Country Championships in 78th place with a time of 30:00.4 (11/20)...Was one of three Syracuse runners to place in the top ten at the NCAA Regional Championship. Placed 8th with a time of 30:23.5 (11/12)...Finished 14th in the ACC Cross Country Championship in a time of 23:58.1 (10/29)...Placed 4th in the Coast-To-Coast Battle in Beantown in a time of 24:12.0 (9/24)...Finished 7th in the Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational with a time of 25:26.2 (9/10).
First Year Track and Field (2020-21):
Indoor: Ran a time of 13:56.10 in the 5000m finals to place 4th and be named 2nd team All-ACC at the ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/25-2/27) ... Won the 5000m at the Virginia Tech Invitational with a time of 14:20.58 (1/15-1/16).
Outdoor: Placed 21st at the NCAA Championships in the 10,000m finishing with a time of 29:24.08 and earning Honorable Mention All-American honors ... Finished in second place in the 10,000m at the ACC Championships running a 29:11.77 on his way to earning First Team All-ACC honors (5/13-5/15) ... Set a PR in the 5000m at the ACC Championships finishing in 10th place with a time of 13:49.68 (5/13-5/15) ...
