Alumni Weekend Information Sheet

The Syracuse University men's soccer team will hold its Alumni Weekend from April 30-May 1 in Syracuse. Former Orange players are invited to return to campus for the festivities, which include a reception, soccer game and golf tournament.

The weekend will kick off on Friday, April 30 at 7 p.m. at the Inn Complete Tavern located on SU's South Campus. Alums can enjoy food and beverages, as well as free foosball and pool.

The annual Alumni Game will take place on Saturday, May 1 at 10 a.m. at the SU Soccer Stadium. In the event of inclement weather, the game may be moved to the Hookway practice fields. Participants are reminded to bring appropriate footwear for both surfaces. Alumni will have access to the locker rooms and will be provided with an SU Soccer T-shirt.

The graduating seniors from the men's soccer team will be honored at the conclusion of the game. Sandwiches and refreshments will be served.

The 18^th annual Orange Open golf tournament follows at 1 p.m. The Open will be held at the Lafayette Hills Golf and Country Club and features a captain and crew format. Cost for the Orange Open is $60 and includes 18 holes of golf, a cart and a T-shirt. Checks should be made payable to the “Syracuse University Soccer Fund.” Those interested in playing are encouraged to get their golf reservations in as soon as possible.
