SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The Orange men's soccer team's 2011 exhibition opener versus Monmouth scheduled for Monday, Aug. 15 at the SU Soccer Stadium has been cancelled due to expected inclement weather. No make-up date has been announced.

That leaves the Orange with two preseason matches leading up to its season opener at Colgate on Aug. 27. Syracuse will host Herkimer County Community College (HCCC) in an exhibition contest on Friday, Aug. 19 at 7 p.m. before concluding its preseason slate at Le Moyne on Monday, Aug. 22.
