Men's Soccer to Hold Breast Cancer Awareness Day

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The Orange men's soccer team will hold a “Kick for the Cure Game” to benefit the Susan G. Komen Foundation when it takes on American University on Sunday, Sept. 11 at the SU Soccer Stadium at 2 p.m.

The team will be donning pink jerseys versus the Eagles to show its support for the foundation and its mission to find a cure for breast cancer. Team representatives will be collecting donations at the gate and hosting a silent auction with all proceeds going to the foundation.

Auction items include hotel packages, signed memorabilia from men's basketball coach Jim Boeheim and football coach Doug Marrone, autographed soccer jerseys, and more. For a complete list of auction items, please click here.
