SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Freshmen Alex Bono and Stefanos Stamoulacatos have been ranked in the top 40 of TopDrawerSoccer.com's list of the top 100 college soccer rookies. Both Bono and Stamoulacatos have played significant roles in SU's winningest season since 1999.

Bono is the top-ranked goalkeeper on the list, checking in at No. 21. He has started 12 matches this season, posting an 8-4-0 record with 37 saves. He is ranked in the top 50 nationally in goals-against average (0.77) and save percentage (.804).

Stamoulacatos is 36th on the list. He has played in all 13 matches this season, recording seven points (two goals, three assists).

Bono, Stamoulacatos, and the Orange return to the pitch Saturday, Oct. 13 for a match at USF. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. at Corbett Soccer Stadium in Tampa, Fla.
