SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Don't miss this opportunity to receive instruction from some of the most knowledgeable coaches in collegiate and professional soccer. Sign up now for the 2012 Syracuse Boys and Junior Orange Summer Soccer Camps!
Both camps will be held on the Syracuse University campus. The boys' camp runs from July 8-11. It's open to boys ages 10-19 and the cost is $525 for overnight campers and $395 for commuters. The Junior Orange camp is $200 for the full day (9 a.m. to 4 p.m.) or $140 for half a day (9 a.m. to 12 p.m.).
The boys' daily program features staff demonstrations, technical training, team tactics as well as small-sided games and full-field scrimmages. Goalies take part in the Syracuse Soccer Goalkeeper Academy. Designed by Orange assistant Mike Miller, the goalkeeper academy features specific psychological and physical instruction unique to the position.
Junior Orange camp sessions include skills training, tournaments and small-sided games, as well as supervised swimming.
Syracuse head coach Ian McIntyre has more than 15 years of experience running elite-level camps. His staff includes a number of dedicated coaches who have excelled in either a professional, collegiate or club environment.
