Vale Named to BIG EAST Honor Roll

PROVIDENCE, R.I.  – Following his game-winning goal against Seton Hall on Saturday, freshman Jordan Vale earned a spot on the BIG EAST Honor Roll, released Monday, Sept. 24. It marks the first time Vale has been recognized by the conference.

Vale notched the golden goal in the 26th minute against the Pirates to give the Orange its first win in a BIG EAST opener since 2008. He is third on the team with nine points on four goals and one assist.

Vale and the Orange travel to Amherst, Mass. on Tuesday, Sept. 25 to battle Massachusetts. Kickoff is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. at Rudd Field.
