SYRACUSE, N.Y. -Â Syracuse field hockey is the No. 2 overall seed and will host the winner of Tuesday's play-in game between Miami (OH) and Michigan State in the first round of the NCAA Tournament, the NCAA announced on Sunday night. The Orange (16-3) will host the first two rounds on Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 16-17. Boston College and Connecticut will play in the other first round game at J.S. Coyne Stadium.
