Match Up Set For NCAA Tournament Second Round

Syracuse and Dartmouth will meet for the first time since 1935.
SYRACUSE, N.Y. – No. 6 Syracuse will host Dartmouth in the second round of the NCAA Men's Soccer Tournament on Sunday, Nov. 22 at 2 p.m. at the SU Soccer Stadium. The Big Green scored in the 105th minute to defeat Hartwick, 1-0, in the first round on Thursday in Hanover, N.H.
Syracuse, the ACC Tournament champion, enters Sunday's contest with a record of 13-5-3. Dartmouth also earned an automatic bid to the tournament as the Ivy League champion. With its win against Hartwick, the Big Green improves to 12-5-1. Sunday's match will be the seventh all-time meeting between the two schools, the first since 1935.The all-time series is tied at 3-3.
Tickets for Sunday's match are $8 for adults and $5 for youth ages 18-and-under. The first 200 Syracuse University students will be admitted free of charge with a valid ID. Fans are encouraged to arrive early to avoid lines at the entrance.
