O'Neill Earns W-League Honor

Syracuse rising sophomore Alana O'Neill was a member of the W-League Team of the Week last week. O'Neill, a defender for the North Jersey Valkyries, earned the honor after helping the team to a 0-0 draw against the New Jersey Wildcats.

O'Neill played in 17 games in her rookie campaign in 2014 and helped the Orange to four shutouts. She also scored two goals, both coming in a 3-0 victory against Boston College.
