Preseason is in full-swing for the Syracuse field hockey team.
The Orange, who reached its third final four and first national championship in program history last season, return nine players who started seven-or-more contests last season.
Syracuse will open its 2015 campaign at Stanford on Aug. 28 at 7 p.m. eastern time.
