SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The No. 13 Syracuse women's rowing team heads to its annual conference championship regatta, the 2017 Atlantic Coast Conference Championship. Racing will begin at 8:05 a.m. on Sunday on Lake Hartwell in Clemson, S.C.

The first varsity eight boat, the three-time ACC Crew of the Week, earned the first seed for the ACC Championship. It marked the first time Syracuse had collected a top seed since joining the league in 2014.

The Orange third varsity eight boat collected the second seed for its respective competition. The second varsity eight, first varsity four, and second varsity four crews earned the fourth, fifth, and sixth seeds, respectively.

Preliminaries for the ACC Championship begin on Sunday, May 14 at 8:05 a.m. The finals will commence at 5:35 p.m. on Lake Hartwell in Clemson, S.C.
