
Taylor Helps Great Britain to Sixth-Place Finish

First appearance with the senior national team
LUCERNE, Switzerland – Former Syracuse women's rower Harriet Taylor helped the British coxless four crew to a sixth-place showing at the 2017 World Rowing Cup III on Sunday.
It marked Taylor's first appearance with the Great Britain senior national team in international competition. The Sunningdale, England native participated in the past two World Rowing U23 Championships.
Taylor was named to the 2017 Division I Pocock Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association (CRCA) All-America Second Team, the ninth student-athlete in Orange women's rowing history to notch All-America accolades.
She also earned 2017 All-Atlantic Coast Conference First Team and CRCA All-Region 3 First Team honors. A graduate of the Martin J. Whitman School of Management, Taylor helped the first varsity eight boat to a 15th-place finish at the 2017 NCAA Championship in West Windsor, N.J.
